Q:  How much will I be charged for your services?

A:
  There are several factors that affect your total charge.  Our consultants will discuss your situation to learn as much as reasonably possible during the initial conversation.  We will be happy to provide an estimate of the services and products that may be required to address your needs.  The final cost will depend on the services and products that must be applied to your problem or need..

Q:  How quickly will someone arrive at my home or office to help?

A:  For urgent matters such as a failed server or e-mail not routing, we can usually commit resources within just a few hours.  In some cases, we may be able to immediately access your computer remotely to provide support.  For all other situations, we will work with you to establish a mutually convenient day and time to work with you.

Q:  How do I pay for your services?

A:  We accept checks or cash for our services, and can accept your payment upon completion of our work.  If you prefer, we will send you an invoice, which will be due in full upon receipt.

Q: I received an undeliverable message that I did not send.  How did this happen?

A:
  There are many reasons why this happens.  The most common sources of such messages are spammers and viruses.  There is usually very little that you can do to prevent this issue, but be sure that you have a reliable anti-virus product installed on your computer and that it is up-to-date.See more frequent questions.
